1. Pre-Launch Notice
Serviweb LLC is currently in the pre-launch stage. This policy describes the refund and returns terms that will apply once ecommerce operations and digital services formally launch. No orders or engagements can currently be placed.
2. Ecommerce Orders
Once the online store launches, customers will generally be able to request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Shipping costs, where applicable, may not be refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personal-care products, opened hygiene-related items, or clearance items, may be marked as non-returnable at the time of listing.
4. Digital Services
Refunds for digital services (such as website development or digital marketing packages) will be governed by the specific service agreement or scope of work agreed to with the client at the time of engagement.
